My name is Jacob Morales. I live in sunny Los Angeles. I have a beautiful wife Desiree and 3 WICKED-AWESOME kids . I work in design & film. I want to thank you for including the clip of me sharing information on the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Movement at the NBC Health & Fitness Expo.
We’ve been having really interesting discussions about how the AHA can utilize social networking to further it’s mission to build healthier lives free of cardiovascualar diseases and stroke, so inclusion in your blog is quite timely and much appreciated. I was wondering how many hits the “ThisIsNotADiet” blog gets per month?
