My name is Jacob Morales I’m 28 and live in southern California. I have a beautiful wife named Desiree and we love to be out and about. We have a wonderful daughter Aly and one on the way. I currently have been working in design & film. I run a small company called, Moving Pixel Films. We specialize in wedding film production but also shoot music videos and documentaries. I love creating art in various mediums, playing guitar, piano, and writing music. You can hear my music hear on the music page or over at Myspace.com/3strand.

I want to thank you for including the clip of me sharing information on the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Movement at the NBC Health & Fitness Expo.
We’ve been having really interesting discussions about how the AHA can utilize social networking to further it’s mission to build healthier lives free of cardiovascualar diseases and stroke, so inclusion in your blog is quite timely and much appreciated. I was wondering how many hits the “ThisIsNotADiet” blog gets per month?
